Use these instructions in the event you have received a replacement mobile device or cannot locate the email with your activation link from a new RSA software token request.
Note: The RSA application must be installed on your mobile device before clicking on the Software Token link sent by the APRS application.

To import a token you will need the email that contains your activation link. Make sure that you have the email that contains your activation link.If you have not already done so, you will need to request a re-send of your software token from APRS.
Request RSA SecurID software token (if applicable)
1. Log into APRS at https://spsapps.inside.ups.com/APRS/pub/aprspublic.html
2. Select Request Access tab; Yourself is pre-selected, select Continue
3. Select SecurID Access (Token); select Continue
4. Select Resend my SecurID Software Token for my UPS authorized Mobile Device
5. Select Continue and follow the on screen instructions to completion
Once the request is processed, you will receive an email from APRS@UPS.com with the subject UPS-SecurID Access Software Token Installation and Activation Instructions.
Note: If you have previously imported a token on your current device, you may need to delete the existing token from the RSA application.
Import Software Token from an E-mail hyperlink
NOTE: Make sure that you have a network connection on your device.
1. In your device Mail application, open the e-mail that you received from APRS@UPS.com with the Subject line: UPS-SecurID Access Software Token Installation and Activation Instructions
2. Tap the hyperlink in the email to import your token
3. Upon successful token import message, tap OK

Validate Your Token
If you would like to validate your token is working in, follow these steps.
1. From your computer, click on

2. From your moble device, open the RSA application

3. At the Enter PIN screen, enter the PIN you just created, tap to generate a passcode
4. On your computer, in the Passcode field, enter the passcode that is displayed on your device, without spaces
5. Click TEST LOGIN

6. The message Authentication Success indicates your token is ready to use
7. Click Close
8. Log out of Self Service from the upper right hand corner
