I am able to append data in excel like for eg there are already 2 rows in the excel and I am able to add 3 more rows till index 5 rows, but there is a table in excel, that table size remains the same till 2 rows, and that table as some formulas, so I need to change the table last row till newly added last index row. Delete infinite blank rows in a selection/worksheet/workbook with Kutools for Excel. If you want to delete all blank rows across the whole workbook, how troublesome you are while deleting rows one sheet by one sheet. However, if you have Kutools for Excel’s Delete Blank Rows utility, that is a piece of cake.

3. I did finally think to go find the right bottom end of the table handle and drag it to resize and that worked. The table function 'should' work automatically. But, this file is shared and although they have been instructed to go to the next available row and make inputs, I'm finding they are skipping rows for some reason.

Setting the width of the table to one page is a common problem. You can do it without changing font size or changing the width of each column. As well as the width, can be adjusted the height. Let’s see how.

Display the Print preview. Select Page Setup and on the Scaling you can change Fit to x page(s) wide or x pages tall (height).
